绝经后阴道流血238例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 238 Cases with Postmenopausal Vaginal Bleeding

目的探讨绝经后阴道流血的原因。方法将本院2003年5月至2011年5月门诊及住院收治的238例绝经后阴道流血患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果绝经后阴道流血的原因中子宫良性病变占83.19%。子宫恶性肿瘤占16.81%。不同绝经年限的患者恶性肿瘤的发生率不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论子宫良性病变是引起绝经后阴道流血的主要原因,但子宫恶性肿瘤所致的阴道流血不可忽视。特别是年龄大,出血距绝经时间长的患者,应及时采用合理检查,可以提高诊治率。

Objective To explore the reasons of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. Methods 238 cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding were retrospectively analysed. Results Of all the reasons, uterine benign lesions accounted for 83.19%, and uterine malignant tumor accounted for 16.81%. Patients with different menopause period had different incidence of malignancy, with statistically significant difference（P 0.01）. Conclusion Uterine benign lesion is the main reason for postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. Patients with older age, or a long time of menopause should timely receive reasonable detection, which can improve the rate of diagnosis and treatment.
