摘要
目的评价锁定钢板治疗复杂性老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法回顾分析2008年8月至2010年8月本院采用骨折切开复位结合锁定钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折患者38例的临床资料,年龄59～78岁(平均68岁)。按Neer分类法:3部分骨折25例,4部分骨折13例。结果 38例均获随访,随访时间l2～26个月(平均19个月),随访肩关节功能按Constant功能评分标准,优12例,良19例,可3例,差4例,优良率达81.5%。有3例发生肩峰撞击综合征,1例发生肱骨头缺血坏死。结论锁定钢板针治疗复杂性老年性肱骨近端骨折能获得满意的疗效,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate functional outcome of locking plate used for fixation of the complex proximal humerus fractures in elderly. Methods From August 2008 to August 2010, 38 aged patients with an acute proximal humerus fracture were managed with locking plate osteosynthesis after open reduction, with age of 59 to 78 （mean 68）. Accroding to Neer classification, 25 cases were three-part fracture, 13 cases were four-part fracture. Results 38 of these patients by follow-up of 12 to 26 months （mean 19 months） were evaluated using Constant score calculation. 12 cases were excellent, 19 case were good, 3 cases were morderate, 4 cases were poor, the excellent and good rate was 81.5%. Conclusion Locking plate osteosynthesis leads to satisfactory functional outcomes in the complex proximal humerus fractures in elderly, which is a kind of effective therapeutic method.
