联合用药治疗复发性阴道炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Drug Combination in Treatment of Recurrence Vaginitis

目的探讨氟康唑和达克宁栓联合治疗复发性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将我院复发性阴道炎患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予达克宁栓治疗,观察组给予氟康唑和达克宁栓联合治疗,评估两者治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后观察组患者疼痛、白带增多、黏膜充血及涂片阳性者明显少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显的治疗副反应产生。结论氟康唑和达克宁栓联合治疗复发性阴道炎的临床效果明确,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of fluconazole conbined with gyno-daktarinin in the treatment of recurrence vaginitis. Methods 60 cases with recurrence vaginitis were divided into the observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received the gyno-daktarinin, while the patients in the observation group received the treatment of fluconazole conbined with gyno-daktarinin. Results The incidence of pain, increased leucorrhea, mucous membrane hyperemia and smear masccline in the observation group after treatment were fewer than those in the control group, and there were significant difference between the two groups （P 0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 66.67% in the control group, with significant difference （P 0.05）. There was no significant side-effect in the two groups. Conclusion Fluconazole combined with gyno-daktarinin in the treatment of recurrence vaginitis has a better effect and lower side effect, which is worthy of application.
