术优康应用于烧伤创面治疗的效果分析

The Benefit of Shuyoukang for Accelerating Healing in Different Kinds of Burn Wounds

目的观察应用医用术优康(羧氨基葡聚多糖钠生物胶)对各种烧伤创面的治疗效果。方法对我院2010年7月至2011年6月间收治的60例被各种原因灼伤身体不同部位的创面(Ⅰ度创面:15例,Ⅱ度创面:38例,Ⅲ度创面:7例)应用医用术优康进行治疗,分析治疗效果。结果除外1例无明显进展改手术治疗,3例中断治疗,56例烧伤创面达到生理性愈合,其中痊愈43例,好转13例,有效率达93.33%。结论医用术优康应用于治疗烧伤创面安全、有效,是一种比较理想的治疗烧伤创面的生物覆盖材料,使用操作方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shuyoukang for accelerating healing in different kinds of burn wounds. Methods 60 cases of different kinds of burn wounds （Ⅰ°： 15 cases, Ⅱ°： 38 cases, Ⅲ°： 7 cases） were treated with Shuyoukang for accelerating healing in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2011, to make an analysis of the treatment effect. Results Except for 3 cases of interruption treatment and one case of turning to surgical treatment, all of the cases reached to physiological healing, of whom 43 cases were cured, 13 cases were improved, with effective rate of 93.33%. Conclusion Shuyoukang is a safe and effective biomaterial in treatment of burn wounds for accelerating healing, which is easy to operate, and worthy of clinical application.
