丹红注射液穴位注射治疗0级糖尿病足的临床观察与护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Danhong Injecta Injecting in the Acupoint for 0 Level Diabetic Feet

目的探讨治疗0级糖尿病足的有效方法,减少足溃疡的发生。方法将76例2型糖尿病0级糖尿病足的病人,随机分成二组,每组38例。对照组予常规的治疗护理;实验组在常规治疗护理基础上采用丹红注射液足三里、三阴交穴位注射,观察治疗0级糖尿病足的效果。结果实验组0级糖尿病足治疗有效率(94.74%)优于对照组(60.53%),且足背动脉血液流变学指标的改善也优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹红注射液穴位注射治疗0级糖尿病足更能改善足部血液循环,缓解足部症状及体征,更有利于防止足溃疡的发生。

Objective To explore the effective therapies for 0 level diabetic feet, in order to reduce the incidence of foot ulcer. Methods 76 patients with type 2 diabetic 0 level diabetic feet were randomly divided into two groups, with 38 patients in each group. Patients of the control group were only given routine treatment and nursing, patients of the experimental group were given Tsusanli and Crossroad of Three Yins acupuncture point injection with danhong injecta based on usual care intervention. The effects of treatment of 0 level diabetic feet were observed in both groups. Results The treatment availability of the experimental group （94.74%） was preferable to that of control group （60.53%）, the hemorheology indices of feet dorsal artery in the experimental group were preferable to those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 0.01）. Conclusion Danhong injecta acupuncture point injection treatment of 0 level diabetic feet can improve feet blood circulation, remit feet symptome and/or sign, which is benefitial to prevent feet ulcer from occurrence.
