早产儿血糖早期监测对预防发生低血糖症的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Early Moritoring of Blood Glucose in Prevention of Hypoglycemia in Premature Infants

目的早期监测血糖明显降低早产儿发生低血糖症的临床表现。方法对341例早产儿早期进行血糖监测,及时调整护理措施,将各种危险因素进行处理。结果 341例早产儿中,只有34例发生低血糖临床症状,低血糖临床症状显著减少,无发生严重后遗症。结论熟悉掌握新生儿低血糖的特点,及早监测早产儿的血糖值。早期干预,根据血糖值的结果及时调整处理对减少低血糖的产生有显著效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of early monitoring of blood glucose to lower the incidence of hypoglycemia in premature infants. Methods 341 cases of premature infants were early monitored for blood glucose. By the results we adjusted the nursing measures timely and dealt with various kinds of risk factors. Results In 341 cases of premature infants, only 34 cases had clinical symptoms of hypoglycemia, with significant reduction, and no serious complications. Conclusion We should master the characteristics of premature＇s hypoglycemia and monitoring as soon as possible. Early intervention and timely adjustment of treatment have obvious effect in reduction of hypoglycemia.
