83例医务人员职业暴露原因分析

Analysis of 83 Cases of Occupational Exposure in Medical Staff

目的调查分析医务人员发生职业暴露的危险因素。方法通过询问调查、查询登记资料的方式,分析2009年1月至2011年1月某综合医院医护人员职业暴露发生情况。结果共发生职业暴露83人,职业暴露地点以手术室居首位,主要以锐器伤(75人,占90.36﹪)为主,主要发生部位为手指(69人,占83.13﹪),手术缝合和拔针为职业暴露发生的主要环节,暴露源中患有血源性传播疾病54例(65.02﹪),职业暴露后均能正确处理伤口,未出现医护人员感染现象,有效防护率达100﹪。结论应加强医务人员医院感染预防与控制的教育,不断提高医务人员的职业安全意识,采取切实有效的措施,减少和降低医务人员的医院感染。

Objective To analyse the risk factors of occupational exposure in medical staff. Methods Investigation was taken by asking the query registration information to analyze the occurrence of occupational exposure in a general hospital medical staff from January 2009 to January 2011. Results There were 83 occupational exposure, occupational exposure site to the operating room was in the first place, mainly in sharp injuries （75, accounting for 90.36%）, finger （69, accounting for 83.13%） was the main site, surgical sutures and needle were the main parts of occupational exposure, exposure source with blood-borne diseases were 54 patients （65.02%）, the wound of occupational exposure could be correctly handled, the phenomenon of infected health care workers did not appear, the effective protection rate was 100%. Conclusion We should strengthen the educational knowledge of the hospital infection prevention and control education among the medical staff and improve their awareness of occupational safety and take effective measures to reduce and lower hospital infection of medical personnel.
