摘要
2001年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者乔治·阿克洛夫提出了"柠檬"理论,依据此理论,本文主要从高校图书馆在招标采购图书过程中图书供应方与采购方由于信息不对称而出现的"柠檬"问题入手,分析了存在"柠檬"现象的原因并提出相应的解决措施。
Based on the "Lemon" theory by George Akerlof, a Nobel Prize winner in 2001, this paper analyzes the causes of the "lemon" phenomenon arising from information asymmetry between the supplier and the purchaser in university library book bidding and suggests some corresponding measures to solve the "lemon" problems.
