Pituitary down regulation with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) has greatly improved the pregnancy outcomes in the clinical practice of assisted reproduction. empirical data accumulated in the clinical practice and related studies, pituitary down regulation With the has been found to have multiple benefits. The effect of GnRH-a is not only confined to its regulation on the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, but also on many other systems and/or organs via paracrine regulation. In addition to the intended effect of curbing premature luteinizing hormone (LH) surge, pituitary down regulation can also synchronize the development of oocytes and improve the endometrial receptivity. The 7th annual Diphereline IVF training campus focuses on the re-understanding of pituitary down-regulation, and hopefully helps to optimize the down-regulation protocols and dosage in the practice. One of the new features in this training session is the introduction of case discussion, which facilitates the sharing of experiences of experts around the country.
