龙岩市“十二五”期间经济社会发展的理论思考

Theoretical Thinking about Economic and Social Development in Longyan During "the Twelfth Five-Year Plan"

经过"十一五"的快速发展,龙岩市经济社会发展进入一个新的发展周期,这一特殊阶段对龙岩经济社会发展提出了经济发展模式转型、城市功能提升、和谐发展、绿色发展等方面的任务;要完成这些任务,龙岩在发展中要利用好四大机遇、应对五大挑战,同时有针对性地采取六大战略。

Based on the rapid development during ＂the eleventh five-year plan＂, the economic and social development in I^ngyan has entered a new developing cycle. At this special stage, the economic and social de- velopment in Longyan should complete such important tasks as the model transformation in economic develop- ment, promotion of urban functions, harmonious development and green development. In order to accomplish these tasks, Longyan should make good use of four opportunities and face five challenges; in the meanwhile it should also purposely adopt six strategies.
