Problems in Overall Planning of Urban and Rural Economic Development and Their Solutions

党中央提出了统筹城乡经济社会发展的重大战略。正确处理好经济发展过程中的城乡关系是我们党要迫切解决的重要问题。要改变我国目前城乡经济失衡状况,必须突破我国城乡经济的二元结构,统筹兼顾,协调发展。通过对我国统筹城乡经济发展中存在问题的分析,提出了促进统筹城乡经济发展的思路对策。

The Central Government has made some major strategies ot overan-px^um~,,~ and rural economy, make an overall plan and take all factors into consideration, and ensure coordinated and bal- anced program of development. This paper proposes, based on the analysis on the existing problems in the overall planning of urban and rural economic development in China, some thoughts and solutions of promoting the overall planning of urban and rural economic development.
