A Comparative Study of Educational Schools of Universities in China

目前,国内外大学教育学院虽然在办学定位、组织机构、学术研究、人才培养、社会服务等方面不尽相同,各有特色,但也存在一些共同之处,如都致力于培养高质量人才,都积极进行学术交流与科学研究等。我国教育学院应进一步加强改革,在国际性战略的推动下实现错位发展、优势发展与科学发展;积极引进与培养具有国际竞争力的人才,形成团队,为学院发展打下坚实基础;用国际性理念建立精干高效的管理、教学与研究机构,努力打造具有国际水准的一流的教育学学科。

The educational schools of universities at home and abroad have their own characteristics in terms of orientation for running school, organization, academic research, talents training and social services. However, they have much in common, such as devotion to high-quality personnel cultivation, academic exchange and scientific research. In the context of globalization, the schools need to deepen reforms, achieving an advantaged and scientific development. And more efforts shall be made to recruit and cultivate talents with international competiveness, establish a high-efficiency mechanism for teaching and research management,thereby constructing world-class subject in education.
