摘要
中国大多贸易企业的供应链都是走"供应商——商家———客户"的传统模式,不但被动而且不利于利润的挖掘。价值供应链概念的提出,能够有效实现供应链上相关利益者共同价值的最大化,挖掘利润的新来源。
Most of the Chinese trading enterprises" supply chain use "Supplier-Company-Customer" model to do their businesses, but this model is passive and isn't good for making profits. So the conception of Value Chain is proposed, which can make all the stakeholders in the chain achieving maximum value and can develop new method of making profit.
