自由钻孔是钳工的一项基本操作技能,在机械加工中占据着不可替代的地位。在日常教学、生产中钳工自由钻孔常常以三种方法出现:目测找正法、销棒定位法和校正圆柱找正法,三种方法都有着不同的操作方法、适用范围和精度等级。对三种方法的解析,可以让学习者更好的了解和掌握它们,从而在实际生产中发挥最大的作用。
Free drilling is a basic operation skill for fitter, which is important in the mechanical processing. In daily teaching, production, the common free drilling methods are visual correction, pin positioning and cylinder correction. These methods have different methods of operation, applicable scope and precision grade. By analyzing three methods, we can make learners to better understand and master them, and make them play the largest role in the actual production.
