According to the management goal, the paper defines the equipment maintenance contractor＇s maintenance performance evaluation, establishes the equipment maintenance contractor＇s maintenance performance evaluation index system from the aspect of repair quality, maintenance costs, user feedback, interior management and core capability, and discusses the evaluation procedure on basis of the principle of retaining system performance mostly, enhancing fund operational effectiveness and improving management continually.
