根据建设行业执业资格制度的特点和要求,重点围绕建立和完善与执业资格体系相适应的土木工程"应用型"人才培养模式,强化实践环节与技能掌握,对培养方案、课程体系、授课内容、授课方式进行改革和完善,以提高土木工程专业学生实践能力,培养适应社会需求的专业人才。

According to the characteristics and requirements of certified qualification system in construction industry, the paper focuses on establishing and perfecting ＂applied-type＂ talent training mode which is adapted to civil engineering, strengthens practice and skills, and reforms the training program, curriculum system, teaching contents, teaching methods, to improve the students＂ practice competence and train professional talents who meet the needs of the society.
