构建高等教育的社会服务理念,是教育全球化的客观要求,是知识经济时代高校人才培养的实际需要,也是学生作为教育对象主体地位提高的必然要求。为此,高校必须处理好学校与社会、政府的关系,树立全新的教育服务理念与现代教育观,构建教师服务意识;培养学生的主动创造性,增强学生的服务本领。

Building social service concept of institutions of higher education is the objective requirements of global education which meets the actual needs of university personnel training in knowledge economy age. Also, it is the inevitable demand to improve the status of students as the main object of education. To this end, universities must deal with relationships between school, society and government, and establish a new service concept of education and modern education concept, build service awareness of teachers, develop initiative creativity of students and enhance their service skills.
