电喷雾解吸质谱及其应用

摘要 电喷雾解吸离子化是近年来发展起来的一种质谱离子化方式,它是电喷雾离子化和解吸离子化两大离子化技术的结合,在大气压条件下,样品不必经过预处理可以直接检测。因此,电喷雾解吸电离是具有分析速度快、特异性高、灵敏度高等特点,并且可进行原位分析。本文对电喷雾解吸电离的离子化机制及电喷雾解吸离子化仪器的最新进展进行了阐述,并对其分析特点以及DESI在各个领域的应用进行综述。 Desorption Electrospray Ionization (DESI), a newly developed ionization method, is the combination of electrospray and desorption ionization. Samples can be determinated without pretreatment and under ambient conditions. Therefore,DESI is an efficient, selective, and sensitive method. The present paper reviewed the ionization mechanisms, latest instrument development, characteristics and applications of DESI.
