摘要 介绍了用高氯酸、氢氟酸和盐酸处理玻璃样品,然后用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定玻璃中的铈的方法。测定时选择418.659 nm为分析线,选择Fitted背景校正进行背景扣除。精密度试验表明,对同一样品进行10次测定得到铈的相对标准偏差小于1%。用标准加入法作了回收率试验,所得回收率在92%~110%。该法已成功地应用于玻璃中铈的测定。 Cerium content in glass sample can be determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry with treatment of perchloric acid,hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid.The characteristic spectral line of cerium is chosen as 418.659 nm.The spectrum harassment were eliminated by Fitted background correction.The precision experiment indicated clearly that the relative standard deviation(RSD)in 10 times repeated determination of the same sample was less than 1%.Results of recovery test by standard addition method ranged between 92% and 110%.This method has been applied successfully to the analysis of cerium in glass.
