近年来,面对越来越多的涉外知识产权纠纷,国内企业如何应对,如何保护自己的合法权益,已经成为一个日益紧迫的问题。本文结合国际、国内知识产权立法和相关涉外知识产权案例,对涉外知识产权纠纷的现状进行分析,并在如何规避、如何应对涉外知识产权纠纷方面提出了相应对策和建议。

Nowdays,with more and more foreign-related disputes on IPR,how to response and how to safeguard their legal rights for domestic enterprises has become a pressing problem.With the combination of international and domestic intellectual property legislation and the relevant foreign-related intellectual rights cases,this paper analyses the present situation of foreign-related disputes on IPR,and proposes some tactics and suggestions to avoid and deal with IPR disputes.
