摘要
本文以乳制品企业为例,对我国中小食品企业建立合作联盟的动因、意义及其联盟合作机制进行了论述,并提出了相应的建议对策来提升中国中小食品企业的市场竞争力。
Reason, significance of building cooperation league of small and medium-sized dairy product enterprises and cooperation mechanism were discussed. Suggestion and countermeasure were brought forward to extend consumption of dairy product and elevate market competition of small and medium-sized dairy product enterprises in China.
