支气管哮喘是一种气道慢性炎症性疾病。越来越多的研究显示,哮喘的发病机制与IL-6有着密切的关系。该文综述了IL-6的生物学效应及其在支气管哮喘中的研究进展。
Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of airways. More and more facts have shown that the pathogenesis of asthma is related to IL-6. This review summarized the role of IL-6; the relationship between IL-6 and asthma;the recent advances in study of the biological effects of IL-6.
