2010年海珠区500例7岁以下儿童意外伤害情况分析

目的分析辖区内7岁以下儿童意外伤害的情况,探讨减少意外伤害发生的干预措施。方法由辖区内18个社区卫生服务中心儿童保健医生和托幼机构卫生保健人员询问和收集的2010年度发生的500例7岁以下儿童意外伤害事件。结果男童意外伤害发生率较女孩高;意外伤害的顺位前4位分别为跌落伤、机械伤、烧烫伤和道路交通伤,3～6岁是发生意外伤害的高峰年龄;儿童意外伤害损伤部位以头面部最常见;伤害发生的地点以幼儿园、家里为主,儿童意外伤害损伤程度以轻度为主,治疗地点主要以医院为主。结论通过采取有效措施可以预防和避免意外伤害的发生。

Objective To study the status of injury in children under seven years old and to find intervention measures to reduce it. Methods 500 injury cases in children under seven years old happened in 2010 were monitored by child health doctors in community health center and kindergartens. Results Incidence of injury of boys was higher than that of girls;the top four caused of injury were falling, mechanical injury, burns and scald and traffic accident. The head was the major injuries-position; the main location where injury occurred at home and kindergartens; most injuries were mild were treated in hospital. Conclusion Incidence of injury can be prevented and reduced by comprehensive measures.
