肺炎支原体感染与儿童哮喘的相关性分析及沙丁胺醇的临床疗效

摘要 目的探讨肺炎支原体感染与儿童哮喘的相关性,并观察沙丁胺醇的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法回顾性分析90例儿童哮喘患儿的一般资料,将其作为观察组,采用金标快速检测法测定患儿的血清肺炎支原体特异性抗体MP-IgM、MP-IgG并选择同期上呼吸道感染患儿90例作为对照组,分析两组患儿MP-IgM、MP-IgG的不同。同时给予观察组患儿沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用先锋类抗生素治疗,观察和比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果和症状体征缓解时间。结果观察组MP-IgM阳性率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),但MP-IgG阳性率比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为84.4%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状体征缓解时间比对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体感染与儿童哮喘的发生有着密切的关系,可能是哮喘发作的病原之一,治疗的关键是控制和消除肺炎支原体感染,临床采用沙丁胺醇治疗效果较好,不良反应低,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and asthma in children correlates, and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of salbutamol and its application value. Methods A retrospective analysis of 90 cases of children asthma in children in general information, as the observation group, the gold standard and rapid detection method for the determination of serum of children with mycoplasma pneumonia antibody specificity of MP-IgM, MP-IgG and choose from children with upper respiratory tract infection 90 cases as control group, two groups of MP-IgM, MP-IgG analysis in children with different. At the same time in observation group were given nebulized salbutamol treatment, control group using cephalosporin antibiotic treatment, observed and compared between the two groups in the clinical treatment effect and symptom relief time. Results The positive rate of MP-IgM in observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01), but the positive rate of MP-IgG in comparison, the difference of the two groups was not statistically significant (P〉0.05); observation group, the total efficiency of 96.7% for the control group, the total effective rate was 84.4%, the observation group was better than the control group ( treatment effect P〈0.05); the observation group symptom relief time than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and asthma in children is closely related to the occurrence, Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection may be one of the asthma attack pathogens, treatment is the key to the control and elimination of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, clinical use of salbutamol in the treatment effect is good, low side effects, it is worth popularizing.
