摘要 针对在横向评估省辖各地市烟草公司卷烟物流质量过程中存在大量不确定性因素,基于信息熵和模糊理论研究了卷烟物流质量的评估方法。在分析卷烟物流特点的基础上,综合硬件保障性、配送可靠性、客户导向性和成本经济性四个方面的因素,构建了反映地市烟草公司卷烟物流质量现况的评估指标体系,并分别给出了一级指标和二级指标的模糊综合评定方法。结合实例说明了该方法在多个烟草公司卷烟物流质量综合评定中的可行性。 Due to large uncertain effect factors in comprehensive evaluating quality of tobacco logistics of municipal tobacco companies in a province, an assessment method is researched based on information entropy and fuzzy theory. After analyzing the specialties of tobacco logistics, considering the equipment assurance, the delivering reliability, the customer oriented and the cost, the assessment index system reflecting tobacco logistics quality's status is built. Then the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method for level one and level two is presented respectively. The example indicates the method's feasibility to evaluate the tobacco logistics quality for many tobacco companies.
