摘要
近年来,国家电网公司在智能电网方面进行了一系列的试点工程,但基本上都是城市智能电网的建设项目。文章根据农村智能电网的特点,在对通信业务的需求、种类、流量等分析的基础上,结合天津团泊农村电网建设的实际情况,并考虑系统安全、高效及节省投资,提出一套适合智能农电配网自动化建设和发展的通信网设计方案。
In recent years, The STATE GRID has launched a series of pilot projects in the smart grid area, but these construction projeets are almaost for city smart grid. In this paper, according to the features of rural smart grid, considering the actual situation for the grid construction in Tuanbo, we put forward a design of the communication network suitable for the construction and development of rural smart distribution automation. It is based on the analysis of the requirements, types and flow rates for communication business, as well as the system safety, high efficiency and investment saving.
