由分布式管理任务组提出的公共信息模型,已经成为一种资源统一管理的标准。文章首先分析电力通信网运行方式信息管理的必要性及其存在的一些问题,提出利用公共信息模型对电力通信网运行方式进行建模,然后介绍管理信息建模的基本方法和公共信息模型的基础理论,并将公共信息模型的建模方法用于电力通信网运行方式的信息管理中。该方法能够有效管理电力通信网运行方式的信息,具有良好的通用性和指导价值。

Common Information Model （CIM） is introduced by distributed management task force, h has become a unified resource management standard. This paper analyzed the net＇essity of information management of power eommunication network operation modes and the existing problems, h proposed modeling the information of operating modes with CIM, and then introduced the basic methods for management information modeling, and the basic theories of CIM. The method of CIM is applied in information management of power communication network operation modes in this paper. This method can effectively manage the information of operating modes, and has good versatility and guiding walue.
