Overview and Improvement of Henan Power Dispatching Telephone Test System

以河南省调调度交换系统的现状和调度专线测试系统的不足为切入点,介绍了河南省调度交换系统的组网结构、专线路由方式和号码规划,分析了河南省调调度专线测试系统的构成、现状以及缺陷。结合调度台和调度专线测试系统的开放接口,基于VC++6.0、Excel库和Access,对省调调度专线测试系统数据入库和结果筛选进行有效的改进,实现话路测试的智能化、可靠化、程序化,节省时间更保障电网系统调度的稳定性。

Based on the current situation of Henan Dispatching Switch System and the defects of the dispatching testing system, an introduction to the networking structure, router mode and phone number planning of dispatching switching system was made. The composition, present state and drawbacks of dispatching telephone test system in the electric power of Henan were analyzed in detail. Based on the VC＋＋6.0, Excel function and Access database, an effective improvement for data archiving and results filtering of dispatching telephone test system was made. On top of that, it enabled the telephone line testing intelligentized, reliable and programmable so as to save time and ensure a stable electric power dispatching system.
