摘要 未来的通信方式将发展成以NGN网络架构为基础的软交换统一通信平台,如何结合现有电力信息专网建设电网通信调度系统,完善一体化运行维护体系,并通过先进技术手段对通信及信息网络运行过程中的关键事件进行掌控,必然对未来电力系统通信调度系统的发展有着极其重要的意义。文章主要对基于软交换技术的电网调度系统一体化运行维护平台架构及原理进行说明,主要探讨如何基于软交换统一通信平台,结合新技术的开发,实现电网通信调度系统一体化运行维护平台的业务部署。 The integrative communication platform which is based on NGN network structure and soft-switching technology will be the major communication pattern in the future.It will do a great deal of good for the future development of electric power communication and dispatching system,if we know how to utilize current electric power information private network to establish electric power communication and dispatching system,to improve the integrative operation and maintenance platform,as well as to control the operational key facts for the communication and information network via advance technical methods.This article mainly focuses on explaining the structure and principle of integrative operation and maintenance platform which is based on soft-switching technology in electric power dispatching system.It also discusses how to employ new technologies to fulfill the business deployment on integrative operation and maintenance platform based on the soft-switching.
