摘要
文章分析了电力光缆线路传统检修模式的不足,介绍了湖州电力局为提高电力光缆线路检修工作的针对性和有效性,降低运行维护成本,开展电力光缆线路状态检修的探索与实践。电力光缆线路的状态检修借助大量电力光缆线路检修和测试等运行数据,借鉴输变电设备状态检修管理经验,通过对电力光缆线路运行状态量的收集、汇总,进行电力光缆线路状态评价,进而依据电力光缆线路状态评价的结果,科学制定检修策略和检修计划,合理调整检修周期和检修内容,在保证电力光缆线路的健康状况和运行可靠性的同时,有效地提高了检修效率。
This paper analyses the disadvantages of the traditional electric optical cable maintenance method.It presents the explorations and practical experiences during the process of the electric optical cable maintenance by Huzhou Electric Power Bureau,which aims at improving the pertinency and effectiveness of Electric optical cable maintenance,as well as reducing the operating and maintenance costs.Condition based maintenance of electric optical cable uses mass of operating data from the maintenance and test of electric optical cable.By referring to the experiences of power transmission and transforming equipment's condition based maintenance,it assesses the condition of electric optical cable via collecting and tabulating the running status data of electric optical cable.According to the results of the electric optical cable condition assessment,it makes scientific maintenance policies and plans and adjusts the maintenance period and contents.Meanwhile,it increases the maintenance efficiency significantly and ensures electric optical cable functional reliability.
