急性主动脉夹层的治疗策略 被引量：2

摘要 近些年，国内各地急性主动脉夹层的发病率呈上升趋势，随着临床医生认识的深入和急诊主动脉CT血管造影（CTA）的广泛运用，越来越多的患者在第一时间被甄别出来。其中stanford A型主动脉夹层发病后每小时病死率达1％～2％，
