丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Clinical application of Danhong injection combined with low-molecular-weight heparins in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的观察丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法选择我院不稳定型心绞痛患者103例，将其随机分为治疗组、对照组，治疗组丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗，对照组常规治疗，观察2组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90．7％，对照组为74．0％。2组比较差异有统计学意义（X2=4．90，P〈0．05）。结论丹红注射液联合低分子肝素钙对UAP有较好的治疗作用。

Objective To Observe the efficacy of Danhong injection combined with low-molecularweight heparins in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and three cases of unstable ansina pectoris were enrolled and divided into group A and B, Group A were given Danhong injection and lowmolecular-weight heparins, Group B were given routine treatment. Results The overall response rate of group A was 90. 7% and it was 74. 0% for group B. The difference was significant （ x2 = 4. 90, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Treatment with Danhong combined with low-molecular-weight heparins produced a good outcome in the patients with unstable angina pectoris.
