双侧额叶挫裂伤57例临床分析
摘要
目的探讨双侧额叶挫裂伤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对57例双侧额叶挫裂伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据患者的影像学、临床表现行手术或保守治疗。结果57例患者中38例恢复良好，9例中残，3例重残，2例植物生存，5例死亡。结论提高对本病的认识、早期诊断和积极有效的综合治疗是改善患者预后和提高生存质量的关键。
