摘要
国内纺织企业规模偏小、竞争过度、技术能力偏弱的现实,客观上需要通过技术能力驱动型并购挖掘纺织产业内在的技术潜能与规模潜能,做强做大一批纺织企业,提升纺织产业的竞争力。文章以山东如意集团等纺织企业的并购为例,界定了技术能力驱动型并购的内涵、动机和类型,剖析了成功的技术能力驱动型并购在时机把握、对象选择及整合过程等方面的共性特征,提出了纺织企业实施技术并购的路径、方法及注意事项。
In order to upgrade textile industry and grow textile enterprises, technology-oriented acquisition is a combination of connotation development with external growth of textile enterprises which is small production and over competition and weak technology. The paper defines essence and pattern of technology-oriented acquisition, analyzes the similar features of successful technology-oriented acquisition from choosing time and target and integration process, and puts forth the plan to carry out technology-oriented acquisition in an effort, with the aid of textile enterprises acquisition case from Shandong Ruyi Group etc.
