据海关最新统计,我国出口企业已累计1500亿美元的海外商账难以追回,并以每年10%的速度递增。事实说明,外贸企业面临着来自诸多方面的风险,且与日剧增。风险的不确定性严重伤害了企业绩效,因此,我国外贸企业建立贸易风险管理机制是十分重要、行之有效的措施。

According to the latest statistics, China＇s export enterprises have accumulated 150 billion U.S. dollars of overseas business accounts which is difficult to recover, and it increases at a rate of 10% per year. The facts show that foreign companies face risks from many aspects and the risks are increasing. The uncertainty of the risk harm the enterprise performance, therefore, China＇s foreign trade enterprises have to establish trade risk management mechanism so as to ensure the maximum degree of risk aversion, to win business interests.
