低场MRI对膝关节骨挫伤的临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨低场磁共振对膝关节骨挫伤的临床应用价值。方法:对62例有明显外伤史,X线检查无异常,但有明显疼痛和功能障碍的患者进行磁共振检查。结果:62例发生单处骨挫伤34例,两处骨挫伤22例,三处以上骨挫伤6例;单纯性骨挫伤13例,合并韧带损伤30例,合并半月板损伤25例。结论:对于膝关节外伤的患者进行磁共振检查,不仅可以发现挫伤,还可以发现其他附属结构的损伤,对临床的诊断、治疗具有重要的意义。
