通过对工程项目招投标阶段和施工阶段风险的识别和分析,论证了招投标阶段是项日风险的潜在阶段。采取相应的预防和规避措施对项目风险进行预控和管理,可以在项日实施过程中更好地实现风险的识别与控制。

Based on the identification and analysis of the risks in the tendering and bidding stage and the construction stage of construction project,this paper demonstrated that the tendering and bidding stage is the potential stage of project risk.The adoption of corresponding prevention and elusion measures to precontrol and manage the project risks can better realize risk identification and control during projection implementation.
