摘要
在熵模糊物元分析的基础上,结合模糊集合理论和欧式贴近度的概念,建立了资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设进程的综合评价模型,并以青岛市的资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设进程监测为例进行了实证分析。该模型将资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设进程中各待评年度的资源节约和环境友好能力作为物元,在计算欧式贴近度时,采用熵值法确定权重系数。计算结果表明,该模型方法能够有效实现对青岛市2004-2009年度资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设进程及能力状况的识别与排序,评价结果与实际情况吻合较好,表明熵模糊物元分析方法合理、可行。
A comprehensive evaluation model of the construction process of the resource-conserving,environmental-friendly society is set up based on the entropy fuzzy matter-element analysis,with fuzzy set theory and European similarity scale concept,and an empirical research is conducted with the monitoring of the construction process in Qingdao as an example.The annual resource conservation and environmental-friendly ability in the construction process is viewed as the matter-element in this model,and the entropy method is employed to determine the weight coefficient when calculating the European similarity scale.The calculation results show that entropy fuzzy matter-element analysis method is reasonable and practicable since the model method can effectively recognize and sort the construction process and the capacity of the resource-conserving and environmental-friendly society of Qingdao during the year 2004 and 2009 and the evaluation results tally with the fact.
