船舶电力系统的振动及其控制仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章对船舶的电力系统在运行中的振动进行实验研究,并对实验结果进行分析,并指出:对于其在同一工况下设备质量比对电气设备的振动有直接的影响;质量比越大则设备的振动越强烈;场地类型对振动位移有影响,在实际运用中尽力避免IV场地的布置;不同阻尼比下的频谱曲线能够反映真实的冲击振动,阻尼比小的其频谱峰值较大,在设计过程中要增加设备的阻尼比;设备质量比不同将会形成不同的电力系统和配电柜的频谱,在实际运行过程中要尽力避免二者频谱的重叠.最后,对振动使得电气系统短路进行仿真分析,指出要提高船舶电力系统的抗振能力,减轻振动对电力系统的振动,保护船舶电力设备,需要在设计和使用中避免上述情况的发生. The research is to attention the experimental study about the vibration of ship's power system during its running,and then the experimental results were analyzed.The results show that: The equipments ’mass ratio will directly impact the electrical equipment vibration in the same condition.The bigger mass ratio,the more intense the vibration.Also vibration displacement will be influence by the venue type;IV site layout should be avoided in the practical application.The real impact of vibration will be reflected by different damping ratios of the spectrum curve,the small damping ratios will get big spectrum of pink,so during designing the big damping ratio should be used.The mass ratio of devices will form the different spectrum of power system and distribution cabinet,the spectrum overlap should be avoided in actual operation.Finally,the simulation of power system short-circuit are made for vibration,the results show that if those from disasters should be avoid,that should improve the ability of ship power system vibration,the vibration of the power system should be reduced and the ship power equipment should be protected.
