摘要
蓖麻饼粕作为蓖麻籽榨油后的副产品,含有丰富的蛋白质、多种氨基酸及矿物质元素等多种成分,是一种尚待开发利用的资源,本文对蓖麻饼粕成分和研究现状进行了简述.
Caster bean meal,as the by-products after extracting oil,has kinds of ingredients such as rich protein,amino acids and the mineral.So caster bean meal is good resources to develop.Ingredients and research progress of caster bean meal was introduced briefly.
