Psychological Nursing Care of the Patients Detected by 256-slice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography

目的:探讨采用256排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影病人的护理方法,提高病人的造影质量,以期达到最佳造影效果.方法:对我院进行的147例造影病人实施全程的心理干预.结果:造影病人积极配合,图像质量佳,造影效果良好.结论:在进行256排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影过程中,进行科学、有效的心理护理是保障病人造影质量和效果的重要因素.

Objective： To investigate the nursing methods of patients who using 256-slice spiral CT coronary angiography,and improve imaging quality,so as to achieve the best imaging results.Methods： 147 patients who underwent coronary arteriongraphy in our hospital were treated with the whole course of psychological intervention.Results： The patients actively cooperated,and the quality and effect of arteriongraphy image was good.Conclusion： During the course of 256-slice spiral CT coronary angiography,the scientific and effective psychological nursing care for patients is an important factor to ensure the quality and effect of angiography image.
