摘要
针对国内电解铝行业近年多次发生"爆炸"问题的原因进行了分析和探讨,得出了产生此故障的主要原因之一就是应用三相桥式同相逆并联电路结构所致,并得出了较好的解决方案,即应用三相桥式非同相逆并联结构拓扑的结论。现场应用结果证明,采用三相桥式非同相逆并联结构拓扑之后,电源在运行中的噪音、振动、应力明显下降,运行效率明显提高。
The reason of "explosion" happened for many times in recent years in the domestic electrolytic aluminum industry is analyzed and discussed.It is found that one of the main reasons of the acidents is the application of three-phase bridge-type same-phase inverse parallel circuit structure.A good solution is obtained,in which three-phase bridge-type incoherent inverse parallel structural topology is used.The application results show that the noise,vibration and stress have been decreased,and the efficiency has been improved significantly since application of the three-phase bridge-type incoherent inverse parallel structural topology.
