2010年我院中药饮片处方分析评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicines Decoction Pieces in Our Hospital in 2010

目的:通过对我院中药饮片处方进行分析,了解其存在的问题,促进中药饮片合理用药。方法:抽取医院2010年中药饮片处方1 939张,按照国家中医药管理局2010年11月下发的《中药处方格式及书写规范》对中药饮片处方要求,进行分析评价。结果:我院中药饮片处方存在用药剂量、处方脚注、中药饮片处方用名(药名含糊、药名别字、药名混合写)、重复用药、处方涂改等问题。结论:要加强和重视对中药饮片处方的管理,制定切实可行的适应于中医中药饮片处方的管理办法,以促进中药饮片处方的规范和临床合理应用。

Objective： To analyze outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines decoction pieces in our hospital to gain some clear information about its problems and promote the rational use of traditional Chinese medicines decoction pieces. Method ：1939 outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines in 117th Hospital of PLA were collected in 2010 for the statistical analysis and assessment in accordance with the requirements by ＂Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions Written in the Format and Specifications＂ issued by the State Administration of TCM in November 2010. Result ： There were many problems in prescription of traditional Chinese medicines decoction pieces, repeated dosages, prescription footnotes, medicine use, names of pieces of Chinese medicine prescriptions in our hospital such as vague medicine names, wrong words of medicine names, mixed language writing of medicine names, repeated medicine use, alteration of prescriptions. Conclusion ：The management of the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines decoction pieces must be strengthened and emphasized, some feasible management measures adapted to traditional Chinese medicine prescription medicines must be worked out to promote the rational clinical application and standardization.
