牙龈卟啉单胞菌与细胞自噬相关性的研究进展

摘要 细胞自噬是真核细胞的溶酶体依赖的代谢机制之一,参与宿主抵御病原菌感染的过程。牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.gingivalis)能够侵入血管内皮细胞并利用自噬逃避宿主清除、持续并传播感染。本文就P.gingivalis与细胞自噬相关性研究的进展作一综述。 Autophagy is a lysosome dependent metabolic mechanism of eukaryotic cells, which is involved in the host defense progress against pathogen infection. Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis) could invade the vascular endothelial cells and take advantage of autophagy to escape the clearance of the host, leading to the persistence and transmission of infection. The purpose of the article is to discuss the progress on the association between P. gingivalis and cell autophagy.
