社区门诊高血压患者健康教育效果观察

Health education of hypertension patients in community outpatient clinic effect observation

目的：探讨健康教育对社区高血压患者的干预效果。方法：采用宣传教育和体格检查的方法，对60例高血压病患者根据是否接受健康教育分为观察组和对照组进行对比分析。结果：对比两组患者的血压控制情况，健康教育后观察组血压指数及体重指数明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：在社区门诊实施健康教育，可增强患者降压效果，促进疾病的康复，值得临床推广运用。

Objective：To investigate community health education intervention in hypertensive patients. Methods：60 patients with essential hypertension received health education based on whether divided into two groups and the control group were analyzed. Results： Health education study group blood pressure index and body mass index was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The implementation health education in community clinics, patients can enhance the antihypertensive effect, and promote rehabilitation of the disease.
