Postoperative rehabilitation after flexor tendon repair

目的：观察指屈肌腱修复术后康复治疗的临床效果及手功能改善.方法：本文从我科指屈肌腱断裂术后患者中选取56例指屈屈肌腱断裂病人,分康复治疗组及常规治疗组,分别于术后4周及术后16周对手功能及日常生活能力进行评估.结果：康复治疗组在手功能及日常生活活动能力明显优于常规治疗组.结论：指屈肌腱修复术后,早期介入规范的康复治疗是十分必要的.

Purpose：To observe the clinical effect and hand--function--improving of rehabilitation treatment refer to flexor tendon repairation. Method：Selected 56 cases patients of flexor tendon repairation from our department, Which were divided into two groups： rehabilitation treatment group, and conventional--treatment group, We will have a evaluation and assessment of hand--function and ADL in the fourth week and sixteenth week after flexor tendon repairation. Results：The band--function and ADL of rehabilitation-- treatment group clearly excellent than conventional-- treatment group. Conclusion：After flexor tendon repairation,the early intervention in rehabilitation and treatment is essential.
