维持性血液透析患者贫血的综合护理干预 被引量：3

摘要 目的：探讨综合护理干预对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者贫血的影响.方法：对38例MHD患者实施综合护理干预前后,将贫血纠正的情况进行对比.结果：干预前后患者的血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（Hct）、健康感、活动耐力、自理能力、社会功能等方面有显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论：对MHD患者实施综合护理干预后,有效地改善了患者的贫血状况,提高了患者的生活质量及生存期.
