中药内服、外敷、灌肠三联疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效分析

目的：分析中药内服、外敷、灌肠三联疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效.方法：对我院36例慢性盆腔炎患者平均分为两组,中药组采用中药内服、外敷、灌肠三联疗法;对照组给予常规口服药物结合理疗,观察两组治疗效果.结果：中药组总有效率为94.44%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：中药内服、外敷、灌肠三联疗法具有活血化瘀,通络止痛的功效,是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法.

Objective：To analyze internal medicine,topical,enema triple therapy efficacy of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods：36 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients were divided into two groups. Results：The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine 94. 44% in the control group,the total effective rate was 66.67% ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese herbal medicine with the blood circulation,pain network effect,is an effective way to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
