摘要
根据典型三层两网智能变电站的特点,提出了基于分层配置的继电保护方案设计,线路保护、变压器保护等间隔保护安排在过程层,不依赖过程层交换机独立跳闸。多间隔的母线保护配置在间隔层,通过过程层交换机网络实现保护和跳闸。设计了站域智能保护管理单元,配置在站控层,实现站域(后备)保护和管理。线路保护和变压器只含包含传统保护中的主保护,其他后备保护由站域智能保护单元实现。该设计将全局信息引入继电保护系统,重新审视保护的原理与配置,即能保证主保护基本不受系统运行方式的影响,可快速切除故障元件,又可解决后备保护易受系统运行方式影响,配合关系复杂,动作时间长等问题,为我国电网铸造更加安全、可靠的第一道防线。
According to the characteristic of the typical smart substation communication architecture of three levels & two networks, this paper gives a configuration project of protect unit according to levels, and the interval protection such as line protection and transformer protection are arranged at the process level, whose trip does not rely on the digital switching system. Busbar protection is arranged at the bay level, whose protection function and trip depend on the digital switching system. A smart cell of protection and management is designed and configured at substation level to carry out all the back-up protection and run of substation. Line protection and transformer protection reserve the function of main protection, and smart cell of substation area accomplishes all the back-up protection. The scheme has panoramic data of all substation, and configures the function of protection over again, i.e. it can ensure that the main protection is not affected by system operation mode, can cut off fault component rapidly of the main protection, and also can solve the problems that the backup protection is influenced by system operation mode easily, configuration relationship is complex, operation time is long, etc., which constructs the safe and reliable first defense line of power systems of China.
