摘要
针对济钢热连轧生产线设备配置水平较低,带钢宽度控制精度较差的问题,研究了带钢宽度控制精度的影响因素,通过增加首块板坯的数据处理过程、开发RSU模块二次设定功能及优化学习系数更新方法等措施,有效提高了带钢宽度精度。
To the problem of low disposition and bad strip width control precision of hot strip rolling line of Jinan Iron & steel Co. ,Ltd. , the influence factors on width control precision of strip were researched. The strip width precision was improved effectively by adding data treatment on the first slab, developing RSU model sec- ond-setting function and optimizing update method of self-learning parameters.
